Please allow 1-3 days for processing orders for items in stock and 10 -14 days for production time for made to order items. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Select desired shipping method at checkout. If the tracking indicates that the package has been ''delivered'', then MIMI SHOU is not held responsible for any "lost" packages. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date to insure proper delivery. Signature confirmation will be required for orders above $1,000.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via UPSP First Class International Mail unless otherwise noted and can take up to 7-14 days for delivery. Please shop the MIMI SHOU collections via WOLF & BADGER for DHL express shipping service with 3-7 days for delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items purchased on MIMISHOU.COM and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to MIMI SHOU for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging. Please email info@mimishou.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item once the item is received. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to show up on your original payment method. Prior shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. Custom order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. MIMI SHOU is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping transit.
