FINE COLLECTION

All of our Fine jewelry is made with 14k gold (unless stated otherwise) and is tarnish-resistant. Fine jewelry is a lifetime investment that you can enjoy wearing every day without worrying about water contact. To clean your jewelry, you can use a soft polishing cloth, a gentle toothbrush with mild soap and water, or an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner (please note that enamel pieces cannot handle super high-temperature cleaners). Although diamonds and gold are long-lasting, all jewelry products are delicate in nature and should be handled with care.

REPAIRS

MIMI SHOU will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within one year of receipt of purchase for Fine jewelry and six months for MEEMS jewelry. Repairs needed after one year or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and/or exchanges.
